 กุ้งผัดสะตอพริกแกงใต้



Description 

Fried Stink Beam with Shrimp and Roasted Chilli Curry - This is a south dish menu. We can bring stink beam to cook in various way. But in this menu we fried it with shrimp and south roasted chili curry. The intense flavor of this dish will please you.


Ingredient

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients for: 2-3 person

1. 200 grams Stink Beam
2. 12 Shrimps (peel, cut back, left black line).
3. 50 grams South Roasted Chili Curry.
4. 2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
5. 1 Tsp. Sugar

6. 3 Tbsp. Soybean Oil



How to Click

1. Fry curry with oil together.
2. Add shrimp and stir until it's almost cooked.

3. Add Stink Beam. Season with fish sauce, sugar and stir well together. Ready to serve.

Kua Gling

Description 
Kua Gling Moo - Favorite Southern menu from Thailand. One who loves very hot & spicy menu. I beg you that should try this menu first and you will know the true vision for Hot & Spicy.


Ingredient
For 2 person
Cooking time: 30 minutes

1. 400 grams of minced pork
2. 3-5 leech lime leaves
3. 1 sliced lemon grass
4. 1 curcuma
5. 2-3 shallots
6. 1 Tsp. of black pepper
7. 1 Tsp. of shrimp paste
8. 1/2 Tsp. of leech lime skin
9. 2-3 Tsp. of fish sauce

10. Paprika or cayenne pepper 5-6 drops (depending on preference).







How to  click
1. Pound all curry paste, lemon grass, curcuma, shallot, black pepper, shrimp paste and leech lime skin. Leave them for a while.

2. Warm the pan with medium heat after that fry the pounded ingredients with minced pork. Keep frying them until dry out and put some more sliced leech lime leaves. Season with fish sauce. Serve with vegetables or boiled egg.





Gaeng tai pla

Description
Thai Fish Organs Sour Soup - Who like hot flavor will like this South soup, with intense flavor from various spices. Whether you eat with vegetables or hot steamed rice is both delicious as well.


Ingredient
For 5-6 person

1. Fish Kidney 1/2 cup
2. 2-3 Cups of water
3. Tamarind juice 1/2 cup
4. Fresh shrimp (boiled, roughly chopped) 300 grams.
5. Grilled fish or Crispy fish (meat) 1 cup.
6. Palm sugar1 1/2 Tbsp.
7. 4 Kaffir lime leaves
8. Long Beans (cut in 4 pieces) 1/2 cup.
9. Eggplant (cut in 4 pieces) 1/2 cup.
10. Asparagus (boil, cut into 1 inch piece) 1/2 cup.






How to  (click)

1. Boiled shrimp, chop roughly and set aside.
2. Curry - pound dried chili, galangal, lemon grass, kaffir lime skin, and pepper finely. Then add onion, garlic, turmeric and pound finely. Add shrimp paste, mix together and add chopped shrimp to mix well. Set aside.
3. Add fish kidney in the pot. Then pour 3-4 cups of water, add galangal, Kaffir lime leaves and boil for 15 minutes and filter.
4. Heat the fish kidney soup, add spices and wait to boil. Add fish meat, Senna, tamarind juice, palm sugar and taste it. (you can put some more salt here) Then add long beans, asparagus, pumpkin, kaffir lime leaves and wait to a boil again. Turn off the gas. Serve in a bowl with side dish vegetables. Finish.
