แกงไตปลา



Description
Thai Fish Organs Sour Soup - Who like hot flavor will like this South soup, with intense flavor from various spices. Whether you eat with vegetables or hot steamed rice is both delicious as well.


Ingredient
For 5-6 person

1. Fish Kidney 1/2 cup
2. 2-3 Cups of water
3. Tamarind juice 1/2 cup
4. Fresh shrimp (boiled, roughly chopped) 300 grams.
5. Grilled fish or Crispy fish (meat) 1 cup.
6. Palm sugar1 1/2 Tbsp.
7. 4 Kaffir lime leaves
8. Long Beans (cut in 4 pieces) 1/2 cup.
9. Eggplant (cut in 4 pieces) 1/2 cup.
10. Asparagus (boil, cut into 1 inch piece) 1/2 cup.






How to  (click)

1. Boiled shrimp, chop roughly and set aside.
2. Curry - pound dried chili, galangal, lemon grass, kaffir lime skin, and pepper finely. Then add onion, garlic, turmeric and pound finely. Add shrimp paste, mix together and add chopped shrimp to mix well. Set aside.
3. Add fish kidney in the pot. Then pour 3-4 cups of water, add galangal, Kaffir lime leaves and boil for 15 minutes and filter.
4. Heat the fish kidney soup, add spices and wait to boil. Add fish meat, Senna, tamarind juice, palm sugar and taste it. (you can put some more salt here) Then add long beans, asparagus, pumpkin, kaffir lime leaves and wait to a boil again. Turn off the gas. Serve in a bowl with side dish vegetables. Finish.
